These agencies most often do not have a business license or insurance. Here are some ways you can tell that the business is not based in Las Vegas and to avoid being scammed.

They don’t have a mailing address listed on their website
Their phone number is an 800 number (or a local number that doesn’t include the 702 area code)
Their address is a PO Box
They only accept cash (no credit card processing)
